Caller identified himself as Brian Owens from the Philadelphia Sheriff's Department, responsible for warrants and investigations. and claimed a warrant was out for my arrest because I failed to appear in court and I should come down to 100 South Broad, 4th floor and never stated what the fine was or the nature of the court appearance I missed. he managed to get information on my daughter who answered the phone and was trying to get my husband's cell phone number and claiming if I didn't get down there in 24 hours I would be arrested. needless to say no such thing exists. This happened on Columbus Day when all office government offices are closed! Big red flag!!!!!!
