lol, called my cell phone at 8 AM but I don't accept calls until 9 so no phone ring or nothing.  Went in and blocked their number.  IDIOTS  I don't know a soul in Pennsylvania so I would not have answered anyway.  I NEVER answer calls with just a number or just a city.  Remember, JUST DON'T ANSWER.
