If the company you work for bills businesses then why are these debt collectors of your's calling individuals that do not own businesses at their homes? Trying to collect a debt that is not owed by the person you try to collect from is illegal.

These guys are awful. the call is threatening and harassing. I just ignore the call. The one time he did get me live, i just listen patiently (don't answer any of his questions), ask him to start over "oh, I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention, can you start at the beginning" or "oh, okay you owe me some money..." He got frustrated,swore at me and hung him. fun times.
This is a sleazy Collection Agency. They call me frequently trying to get our company to use them. They usually leave a message and I never call them back. Today Liz from their company spoke with one of my staff. She was rude and deceptive. When asked the company name just said CMI, not that they were a collection agency. Asked what the call was in regards to replied "financial concerns".
I guess I'll take her call next time and let her know we'll never do business with them. I'm sure she'll then tell me how they're different from every other agency since that's what every agency says.
