Another new robo-dialing A-Hole.  Call blocking devices are the only way to have some sense of peace and quiet with the number of scammers out there.  My blocker forces any number not already blacklisted or whitelisted to press a key to continue the call.  A live person would be able to follow that command and press the requested key.  But a robot can't, and after an appropriate amount of time has passed without pressing the requested key, the call is disconnected.  Best money I ever spent!
