I responded that I'm not really Betty Robinson and I've never had anything to do with American Express, when you wouldn't tell me the truth, I found it wasn't really necessary for me to tell you the truth. She responded, well them I'm going to harrass you everyday until you pay this $17,000+ for American Express. I said no problem, I'll report you to the authorities. She has called back 7 times now and I'm documenting everything to file a small claims suit against her for harrassment and wasting my time and minutes on my cell phone that is not published or given to anyone.
