Who called from 6104214199

This number keeps calling me.  Never leaves a message.  I call it back and the number is not in use.

At seven oclock last night, someone called from this number. It was a woman asking about what I believe is my neighbor. She was not polite. She was very pushy.

calls 7 days a week ,at least ten times a  day ..guy very pushy ..asks says i owe money for a bill and asks for me to give my ss# ..when i dont he gets mad ..says i owe 500 dollars and when i say i dont owe nothing and ui cant give cause i have no money he says how bout if i take half off and u pay 250 ..when i say no i want receipt he hangs up ..but tires again to call later

never leaves message either

Called me while I was in school (10th grade) and I didn't answer, called today (November 13th 2012) and I answered on mute as nothing was said.
