multiple calls from this number and never a message - always under the cid of "Local Call Back" - when machine answers it is just static for several seconds and then disconnect - "Local Call Back " is a very deceptive way to defeat annonymous call block - it is used for VOIP (Skype/Vonage, etc) and for prepaid telecom service where the originating call is from an area beyond the destination number (yours) calling area. NEVER worth your time, energy or breath to answer - let your machine take the call!
Answered a call from this number, they asked for my husband by his full name, I told them he was unavailable but I'd be more than happy to take a message. They told me to tell him it was The Missing Children Hotline and then hung up.
