This is a "Daily Jackpot" - enter-to-win, complete survey to be entered call. They want you to press 1 and complete their phone survey to be entered for a chance to win... They do not give you and option for anything else. It's Press 1 or the message repeats itself. I just hung up. I have this number blocked but since I had no way of being removed from their calling list, I know they will continue to call. Ugh! No! Stop calling me!!
That was an illegal robocall (prerecorded message not introduced by a live operator that you have not given express permission to receive). It can be reported to both the DNC website and the FCC. With enough complaints, they will take action. Make sure in your description you state it was a prerecorded call with no option to be removed from the call list.
