man called, i said hello - he said do you know who i am, i said no. he again said are you sure you dont know who i am i said no again. he asked again and i said no i dont know and if you dont tell me i am going to hang up. he said well i have a mighty big hard on. and i hung up.

Got a call from this number, guy said "don't you know who this is?" and so on. I said I was hanging up and he asked a personal question, beware of this caller.
Yes, he too called my mother who is in her 80's and said he took Viagra and need help getting it "down". I did some work on the internet and his name is Terry McCormick which is connected to that number. I have filed a police report and would suggest anyone else to do the same. If enough people do this something will be done about it.
