There's a lot of background noise and from the sound of it, I'm pretty sure it's a large call center.
When I picked up, the person said they're conducting a survey on home services and if I want to give my opinion. I said "no thanks" and they politely ended the call. He did mention a company name at the beginning but I couldn't make it out.
P.S. I'm also on the DNC list. Should these survey people even be calling?

I answered the phone, and there was no one there on the other end.
After a few seconds, I got the dial tone.
My caller I.D. said that the caller was:
"VERIZON"
THIS NUMBER HAS DIALED ME 4 TIMES OVER THE PAST 2 DAYS.
EACH TIME, I PICK UP THE PHONE...NO ONE ON THE OTHER END.
AFTER A FEW SECONDS...DIAL TONE.
MY CALLER I.D. SAID THE CALLER IS "PHILA SUBRB".
I LOOKED THE NUMBER UP ON THE INTERNET....IT IS A VERIZON NUMBER FROM A PHILADELPHIA PA SUBURB....BUT NO OTHER DETAILS.
I'VE ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK....NO ANSWER.
IF WE CAN EVER FIND WHO THIS PERSON IS...I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN PRESSING CHARGES OR FILING SUIT AGAINST THIS INDIVIDUAL OR BUSINESS.
