Constantly calls. When I call back it sounds like a fax line. When I answer, the phone is dead.

this is getting old. This number is calling me every day. Whom can this be reported to?

Called at 3:45 pm and 4:45 pm on October 2, 2007.  Caller ID says Eastern RES SR.  Caller left no message either time and when I try to call the number back it is a fax machine.
