A guy with a very heavy foreign accent calling from a call center (you can hear the other people in the background calling on the phones). Very unprofessional. When I answered, the idiot was singing, I said "Hello, (company name), How can I help you?"... he then said "is this (company name)" and then I asked who was calling and he hesitated (had to think of an American-type name) and told me "My name is uh..Bruce, are you the owner?", I asked who he was calling on behalf of, "an architect and design company, are you the owner?"... I asked where his company was based, "I am from Austin Texas"... so then I laughed, because he is most certainly NOT from Austin, TX.. so I asked him what major college is based out in Austin, TX.... he couldn't answer, got very upset with me and explained he was authorized to release that information, only to the owner.... and he didn't have time for any "damn gate keepers" and "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?!"... so I kindly told him that he could kiss my Texas [***] and if he understood me.
