Keep calling...both my cell and home phone. Say they are "with your insurance plan". My husband spoke to them. Inadvertently gave her incorrect information regarding his medications (as he is now taking different medications) because she WOKE HIM UP. So, then, the doctors office called all in a panic telling him he should NOT be taking a medication he has not taken for about 2 weeks. SO...don't talk to these people. All they are doing is trying to charge your insurance company for a "service" that is bogus!
These people call us incessantly, sometimes twice in one day. We are with Aetna and have repeatedly told them we are not interested in their Matrix plan. We just gave up and ignore the calls. Would love to buy a blocker and just block them forever!!!!
