These bunch of jack [***] call, we've proved that they are not calling for the person they think they are calling for and we get, "sorry we'll take you off the list."  Then a week later they are calling again.  Anyone know any good class action lawyers?

Well, who did they say they were? Or company name??

They don't they say please return a call to make a decision or we will have to make one for you....they say it is about a business matter....

junk call , on tape , says "press 1 now" I said "press1 now or I will be required to take action"  
Have had the same voice on other annoying calls.

This number calls me eveyday and leaves a message.. I think they said they are calling from a lawyers office..I answered once and hit 1 to talk to some one but was on hold for 20minutes before I hung up..The recording said all our personal was busy( but they called me). Thank god for caller id...Like that manly threating voice is really going to get me to pick up...If it is that important mail me something...
