Received call this morning on my land line. Man with Indian accent tell me he's calling from Microsoft Windows because they detected a problem with me computer. I told him I don't have a computer and stop calling me with their scams. He has the nerve to tell ME not to lie to him. I told him to go f himself, hung up and blocked him. I am really sick of this crap. I get at least 3 of these calls a week.
This afternoon I received a call on my cellphone from 610-610-4844, a Pennsylvania number. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and they did not leave a voicemail. Assuming it was probably a scam, I googled the number and discovered the complaints y'all have posted. I'm registered and current on both the cellphone and landline Do Not Call Lists. I will definitely report this number and block it.
Again, now from this number (before it was from 717-484-3210). Both from Pennsylvania area. Same Indian or Asian accent telling me I have a problem with Windows in my computer. I told him I do not use Windows but he replied I am in a list of Windows users. When I told him I now use IOS he hung up immediately. Definitely a SCAM.
