This number keeps calling and if you answer it's a machine that says Hey this is Joe. It shows here that you inquired..." and cuts off

They called my cell phone 16 times in one day! WTF?

They start out,  "Can You Hear Me? Can you hear me.... "    They speak like it's LIVE Answering Machine (which No One Has anymore).  They use different wording, if you have an answering machine, and can hear them..... HOPING, you'll engagewith them.
