They call every 20 minutes in the morning and slow down but continue throughout the day.  I need it to stop!

these people keep calling 10 times in half hour.. my mom has is disable! they jerkoffs keeps calling and breathing in the phone! please stop them!

They can't be stopped.  There is no way to prevent calls fro being initiated.  However you can invest in a call blocker .  Also do not
pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
