Who called from 6106289630

Text message on cell phone telling me to call the number  because unusual activity warranted closing my account

ME too!!!

I received the same message.

Scam.

I called the bank that was listed in the text and they are aware about it.

Apparently someone got hold of the AT&T database and sent the text out to everyone.

both my kids got it on their cdell phones, and we aren't with AT&T, we each have different providers; so they have a long list of numbers they are calling.
