let call go to voicemail, and the message was six seconds of silence with no background noise, typical of robocalls. We get "local" calls to change our energy provider, and I suspect this is the same.
That kind of caller ID indicates to me a VOIP source and probably a spoofed phone number.
I blocked the caller.
