I have found out that most of these programs have preprogrammed responses to keypad numbers selected. Such as, if you start with the number 9 press it and continue going backwards (i.e. 8, then 7, then 6, etc.) you will usually hear a click which more times than not removes your number from the computer program.
As with Sunny above, the number 9 worked. In other situations it has been the number 8 or 7. Hope this helps.
