I have been getting faxed calls to my cell phone for over five years from this number. Reverse directory leads nowhere, and the fax doesn't take inbound faxes (I tried to send a note that said STOP CALLING MY CELL PHONE). It's in the suburbs of Philadelphia I believe. Beyond that I know nothing.
