I called this number back and got a fast busy signal.

i got the call also. 3:09PM Wednesday. They left a blank message on my vmail. When i called back it rang once and then the operator said "you have reached a non-working number."

It's from an out patient site for the Bryn Mawr Hospital

it is associated with Bryn Mawr Hospital, but not specific to "out patient". It must be some sort of internal pbx that cant be dialed back into.
