Called my work and cell no. Claiming I took out a loan that they suppose to deposit in my bank account and they tried six times to recover the repayment and it was not available. I called the no. Back and it is always busy. I called my bank and we they have no record of a outside loan deposit or withdrawal request so the accusations they are making are false and they are leaving harassing messages and threats on my work and cell no.
I had just received numerous calls from this number and they left me a voicemail saying they are pressing charges against my SOCIAL and that if i dont return the call they will have someone come and arrest me. I received a call like this before which I was totally clueless about and they said the samething! They told me they would have a subpeona for me in the mail in two days and it never came. THEY ARE VERY RUDE and do not have any phone manners at all! SO i called them back after I heard the voicemail and I said stop calling my number or else I will find where they are located and press charges. The guy on the phone asked me how do I know its a scam and I said i had received a call like this before and he just hung up!!! If they cant reach me they call my job and that really pisses me offffffffff!!!!
Okay, so I received the same call probably from the same guy, I couldn't understand him, I never spoke with him, but he did leave a message!! Which is great, cause now I have proof of this bs call he made. I've talked with a debt collecting lawyer, who said that this is nothing more than a mere scam. If you have filled out a payday loan app online, then this is how they are getting your information. Also, if you have given your account information on this app, change it immediately or you may start to see money slowly slipping out of your account. Also, although the phone number is listed as a PA number, it's not where they are calling you from... You can send your complaints to the FCC, FBI, Better Business Bureau and I'm doing one extra, filing a complaint with XO Communications (the company that provides service to that number). The last thing we all need during these hard and trying times is a bunch of thieves running around worrying us all about nothing...

I got this same phone call today. Threatining to arrest me for a online payday loan i never recieved. I asked how can i be arrested when i have proof I never recieved any money online through any of my accounts. He asked if I had a lawyer. I said no and stop calling me. He said an officer would be out in an hour to pick me up. I am reporting this number as well. Thanks 4 all your post.
