This number was given as a callback number for an outfit that only identifies themselves as "Hibu".
They call claiming that "your website is under performing" and that it is "not compliant with international Google standards" and then offer to provide services to "improve" it and make it "compliant". When asked, they could not even tell me which of my sites they were supposedly calling about.
Sorry, I do not do business with anyone who cold calls me, period. In addition, if they call complaining about one of my sites but cannot tell me which domain it is on, I am going to classify the caller as a scammer, especially since the number they called me on is not posted on any of my sites nor is it listed in their whois information.
