First lie...Salesman comes up to you and ask you to enter a contest to win free windows. I was reluctant at first & asked if I enter do I get harassing and non-stop phTimesone calls? He said "no". So I did it. WORST MISTAKE EVER. They started calling 2-3 Times everyday until I finally answered. They said they will come in and give a free estimate of the windows and bathroom Renovation. I just entered a contest and didn't win, why do I need a free estimate? ? So I finally shedule it for the week after. The day before the appointment, they call to confirm and I told him I'm busy and don't have the money for a renov to cancel the Appointment and take me off the list. Later I get another call from 610-685-1100 questioning me why I cancelled my appt? I told him I am busy.He had the nerve to say "are you busy everyday? " I said yes I'm busy everyday (annoyed sounding) and he said why am I getting loud. That really pissed me off and I went off on him. I said I'm getting loud bc I already cancelled and said take me off the calling list and you are calling me again. He said so why did I fill out the form? Are you f****** kidding me? Your rep approached me when I was shopping and said it was a contest and won't be receiving harassing calls. So damn rude. I'm a potential customer and you talk to me that way and you expect me to give you business? Are you for real?
My Caller ID shows Appleby Window. This is a new/different number from the two numbers that I used to get lots of calls from. Reported those two numbers some time ago now to the Do Not Call Registry and the calls stopped coming. Now this new number appears... If they start harrassing me from this number, I will report them again.
Grr! 34 calls in the last 10 days from these people! I have repeatedly asked them not to call me anymore as I am disinterested in their services. Reporting them!!

If you have their address, send them a cease and desist order to stop calling you via certified mail (that way they cannot say they didn't get it) Log every call on a notebooks, and keep any messages left on the answering machine. Then record the next time you talk to them (your state may require you to tell them up front) tell them verbally again DNC.. after that if they pursue the calls, see the TCPA laws. You may be able to pursue them for it. Tell them upfront your going to file reports with the FTC & FCC.. as well as the BBB for continued calling and harassment.
