I tired to call it back with thier own number in caller id to see what it was.. I never got an answer. Just rings and rings, then goes to a message that says "welcome to verizons voice messaging service".
I don't know what it is, but if I do ever get my hands on the person that is doing this... well I'll be sitting behind bars. :)
No not on this number, it comes into my cell directly.
At home and the office I have a trixbox server (freepbx)... It lets you blacklist numbers. When you do that it then gives the message of "(disc tones) we're sorry but the number you have dialed is no longer in service, please check the number and try you call again".
I probably have over 100 phone numbers of telemarketers and junk collection callers in it.
It's funny but I have an excellent credit score, yet I get a ton of collection phone calls .. why.. because I have the same first and last name of some guy in Topeka Kansas that owes a lot of money. I've tried over and over to explain to those idiots that it is not me. Same name, but wrong SSN. That is why I finally installed trixbox, I had just had it.
