Claimed to be a local office supply company, though, the number is from PA, and their website only has 2 PA addresses listed, phishing, and phishing HARRRRRRRRRD for the name of the person who handles buying all of the office supplies (that would be me).

Cold call received. This guy is aggressive, demeaning and insulting. He promotes this 100 yr old company as being "local". I'm in Ohio and website and phone number is PA. Ha ha .... I called him out on his sales approach as being a "sales attack" . He sputtered a few more words and then hung up.
It appears they may have changed their tactics.
I'm guessing their blend of aggression, rudeness, and hard phishing wasn't getting them anywhere.
The lady who called this morning (twice, through different lines) was polite, and accepted the email I gave her when she didn't have the name of whoever it is that buys office supplies.
I don't think they have changed their tactics because a guy just called from there and was SOOOO RUDE!!! He is not going to get any business by being rude and condescending to people. I'm specifically going to tell my purchasing people to NEVER TALK TO OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
