I believe this is some iteration of online college recruitment. I requested some information online, and when I went back and read the fine print, my number was farmed out to DeVry, Phoenix, etc. Now my phone has been ringing at least 3-4 times a day from this number. I am never able to connect as I'm on the phone a lot for my job, and there's never a voicemail.
