I am getting repeated calls from the TRION Group from a number 610-755-4646. They represent themselves as PECO and say they are calling from the Discount Center. Even after telling them to stop calling they continue. 2 calls today aounrd 10 am this morning and again at 4:15 pm. Telemarketing calls and fraud.
I have been getting calls from them also. The person wanted me to get my PECO account number on my bill. I said I didnt have it ,but could go look for it and he said" I'll hit you back." It sounded very unprofessional and odd. Why not give me time to retreive the info? So I said I would look for it and then as I was looking for it, I heard someone in the background and I said are you there and got no response. He seemed like he had never handled a customer service call. What a bozo. At that point I said something like "what are u doing?" or maybe something worse. Sounds like a clown operation trying to get my information. When i try to call the number back, it says not in service. This is bogus.
they called here today late afternoon, left no message. If they are claiming to represent PECO, then they are stupid, because PPL is the local utility here. Anyway, they must be telemarketers at best, if not scammers, and we are on DNC list.
When I was on the phone with them, I asked why they cant look me up using my name or address and the guy didnt respond and then hung up. Totally unprofessional and obviously a scam trying to get my account number. Who would work for a place like this? what an idiot.
