I received a call from this number and the caller id said "icr". I enrolled in the do not call list and i still dont understand why i keep getting calls from these weird numbers. They just hang up if they come to know that you are not going to donate any money. Yes they dont leave message which just weird.
These folks have called me 3 times in the last 3 days and I've asked my receptionist to put them into voicemail each time to leave me a message and I will get back to them. No message is ever left. Each caller has asked for me by name and states that they are "IRC calling on behalf of Kaiser Permanente". Sorry, but if they don't leave me a message telling me what they want, I'm NOT calling them back!
This call came in on my cell phone. If the caller isn't on my contact list, I don't answer. I have done everything to be on the Do Not Call list. No message was left.
I have gotten 2 calls so far from this #. Whether I answer in French or in English the caller just hangs up the instant I answer. I also am on the do-not-call list.
I've been getting calls from this number almost everyday. I let it go to the voicemail. They just call and hang up.
