Instead of blocking them or not answering the call...Answer the call and keep them on the line as if you are interested...Never give any personal info...But, act like you're interested...I try to keep these A-Holes on the line for as long as I can...Sometimes 20-30 minutes...After awhile they know you are screwing with them and they will hang up...I have never received a return call from any of them...

Call to my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. I note that whoever called left no voicemail message, so I assume that it's a scam of some sort. It's hard to believe that these unwanted cell-phone (and landline, for that matter) calls can't be stopped.
