Peco does not have the phone number they are calling on my account and my bill is paid in full

today they have called twice. 1 time I answered 1 I didn't. both times no one said a word

I didn't answer, but if this is Peco, I have never heard of them, so why would they call me about a bill?  Sounds like a scam to me, and I'm on the DNC list too!
