IRS scam call to Virginia home number, pre-recorded message, they were very aggressive

Robo call to cell phone saying the IRS had an active arrest warrant and to call this number back.

Recorded message saying something about avoiding legal action by calling this number back to speak to a federal agent. No company name, no name of anyone to talk to. Got a similar call from a different number earlier. Obviously  spam
