After weeks of daily calls to both cell and home phone I finally answered on 1st ring. Got a person who was calling from the Phila. Inquirer wanting me to go on paperless billing. Told her I was cancelling instead because of the irritating phone calls/hang ups.
calls here almost everyday. never leaves a message. I do not answer numbers I do not recognize. No use complaining to the do not call lst because it seems that doesn't work. If it did I owuldn't get these annoying calls!!!
