Caller ID read : PA Power Notice, 610-922-8920.
Automated system gave option of press 3 to be remmoved or press 5 to speak to someone. I pressed 5 and another recording said press 5 if I would like to save money on my elecric bill. I pressed 5 again and the system hung up on me.
Received a call today 3/04/14. Guess the so-called PA AND FED " DO NOT CALL LIST" is as big a scam as the telemarketers! Being on those lists means absolutely NOTHING. At least I have the capability to block this type of crap.
Electric telemarketer trying to save me money by switching over my electrical service. I told them we were not interested when I received their first phone. They are very rude when you tell them no. They keep calling and hanging up when getting the voicemail. The display says they are calling from Philadelphia, PA.
PA Power Notice wants to save me fractions of a penny on my electric kilowatt usage. Only guaranteed for a short time then becomes a variable rate. Problems here in PA have been noted recently when electric bills of people who have switched that have quadrupled. Please be advised!
They called me at 10"10 am on 3/6 and even if I had been at home I would not have answered them. I did not ask them to call me. It is interesting to read what others here have said. I hope they don't call again because it will do them no good. I will not be answering them and I am sure they will not be leaving a message. I am not changing my power company. I don't need them wasting my time.
