Received numerous calls from this number. Caller ID says "Power Center". Recorded message says "You can get lower rates on your PECO account. Press 0 for an operator." I DON'T HAVE PECO yet I keep getting these calls. May have made a mistake by pressing 0 to get an operator to say "take my number off your list" but got nothing. Hope pressing 0 wasn't a scam that will charge me in some way.
