Phone # to contact from a scammer who has $10 million waiting for me (after I send money first of course). Who falls for these clowns

Scammer claims to be at Fort Wayne Airport with millions for me from Nigeria. He needs me to pay for some "Clearance tag" he forgot to bring, or he cannot leave airport. When I offered to meet him at the airport to discuss the matter with Homeland Security.....he hung up.

He has money for me from a fraud settlement and I need to clear customs with 380$
