April claims to want medical records,and says she work for the DEA.

Ummm...April does NOT work for the DEA. She works for RecordTrak, a firm whp specializes in collecting documentation for pending tort litigation.

called a police department phone number today three times but left no message on our taped line.....

Too funny.  The caller was probably taken aback, not knowing what to do when she got a police department and not a medical facility.

The company RecordTrak just called me from this phone number, and they want records of a patient but cannot tell me date of service, facility of service, name of treating physician, nor whether a patient authorization was ever forwarded to us.  The girl was very nice, said she was calling for purposes of litigation (which is standard).  I just question their ability to stay organized, because it seems lacking.  Nonetheless, I can google it and find it online, and at this point I do trust that it is legitimate.
