it only rings once or twice (too quick for me to pick up the phone ever). I only get the call on my blackberry.

My phone shows 2 "missed" calls from this number at 2:45 a.m. on 4/7/08. Tried to call back, but received message that "this party is not accepting calls at this time."

CALLED IN MIDDLE NIGHTS AND EARLY MORNINGS, IT IS BEEPING ONLY WHEN PICKING UP.

Called at my work - seems to be a government phone number - tried calling back...no answer...keeps ringing
