Grrr... these dudes called both house and cell back to back, unsolicited and therefore unanswered.  No message left (except for the Hello? with mega call center background noise).  Seems like the power company is selling our contact information to spammers.

We need new legislation to require the FCC to replace the do not call list with a voodoo curse list. Then maybe we'd start seeing some progress.
