This and other 631-201#'s call me and several people I know all day long. I finally answered it -"Solar Power Program" is the name of the company. I tried to ask them not to call me anymore and he hung up. There is a website for them with no real info. If you call the number back the only option is to get taken off their list.
Another one of the GO GREEN telemarketing scammers spoofed numbers. The Feds cracked down on this outfit last year. Looks like it didn't have much impact.
Called my cell phone. Caller ID said it was from Amityville, NY. Don't know anyone there. Left voice mail. Offered to reduce my electric bill up to 60% through the US renewable energy program. Never gave call back number or who the company was that they represented. I suggest blocking it.
