they repeatedly call and it's not the company they are trying to reach.  Very difficult to understand and will not stop calling

Just received a call from a person with a foreign accent asking me if I am a clinical appeals specialist. Weird.

Got a call from someone (foreign accent) wanting to confirm my job title. Asked where he was calling from and why he needed the info, he said to update his records, I hung up.

Called my office number and asked if I was a Developer for my company. Told them I was not, they hung up.

Called and left no message.
