Shows as Medicare one.  Person knew my name and address. Said he was responding to a request I made on line. 1) I NEVER asked for any info online for Medicare. I always call them directly. It's easy to get name, address and age. He wouldn't give me any other info until I gave him my dib and ss#!!!!!!!!!!  Like I was going to do that. Ha ha. Always be careful with your info.
