As I do not have any relatives or friends or whatsoever in Canada, I don't have any clue who this is. I've been called twice, no messages.
Could be OK, just be carefull!

when i declined he got very angry be wary!

A cheater and lier claiming from london.  Who knows where are they.  Disregard them.

They called me and knows my name and company where I work in.
When I ask what's name of company he's calling from, he just stop talking.
