Get a phone number blocker app to help if u don't have one. It's a spoofed number and there is no way for carriers to block spoofed/unlisted numbers, all we can do is report or somehow get them tracked down, if you do talk to them I would advise of recording the call at the same time. Maybe this can help authorities to track them.
I just got a call from that number as well. Tsome lady, sounded like speaker phone yet she said she was not. She then insisted on tellING me she was calling on behalf of binary options and that I requested information on stock options and trading. Which is not true, so this is a scam call. If u called the number back you know find out that it is a number that's not even listed. It could also be the one ring scam that is going on.
