Called my Bell cellphone today. Man with an extremely thick accent repeatedly interrupted me to say I'd won a ballot draw when I entered at Zellers, KMart or Shoppers Drug Mart. Wanted me to write down a number to call and my winning number.
I told him he needed to update his script since the first two stores no longer existed anymore in Canada.
He said he would call back later, despite me repeatedly yelling "DON'T" into my phone. If he calls back I'll be sure to waste as much of their time as I can.
A lady phoned me this morning with a weird Asian accent, not even paying attention to what she said, I went straight by asking her who she was looking for. She said she's asking for the owner of my phone number. I told her that she had to tell me who exactly she was looking for (my name). She hung up.
This number has been calling me for the last week everyday, I don't know this number and the first time it called it came up as "64 7" There was a space between the numbers, then the next time it was normal "(647)" I called it back and it said " the number you are calling is unavailable"
