I also recieved a text from this number. "Due to your recent banking activities with your BMO card, Please reconfirm your PVQ to avoid account suspension, use www.bmo-netbanks.igg.biz/rmcmain/enroll/" - Scam as I do not have one of their cards. I'm not sure what PVQ is supposed to mean.
