This number called my cell phone and a recording indentifying that the call is from West Jet and since it is several months since my last trip, they will give me a $999 credit for my next vacation and to push 1 for more information.  I hung up - probably a trick to get my VISA number.  I called back and someone answered the phone and I asked if this is West Jet and they said that I had a wrong number.
