Robocall from Michael Ford, candidate for City Councillor in upcoming Toronto Ward 2 City by-election. Very annoying strategy in this day and age of incessant nuissance telemarketing calls. This tactic was effective 20 years ago when employed by his uncle, the late and loveable Rob Ford. Now it's just plain annoying... and has already cost 1 vote - MINE !
