This is a lie, they are indians people that want to take your personal apple id. I call apple the company and the told me they dont work for them, so when that message appear on you apple just go to settings, safari and clear data

There is, indeed, a simple fix: Clear your cookies
There scam artist from India....total fraud....they try and get your Apple ID or email address so they can steal your private info or your credit cards on file.....there a bunch of dumb Indians who are to lazy to get a job and work for there money.....call theM back as many times as you can and talk as much smack as possible...they get so pissed it's pure comedy....lol
Another way to fix this, if you don't want to clear all your history, is to
- exit Safari
- go to Settings > Safari > Advanced
- turn off Javascript (this is what allows the page to lock up your browser)
- double-click the home button and force-close Safari (swipe up on iOS 7/8; tap and hold, then click the red X on earlier iOS versions)
- reopen Safari
- close the page (it can't lock up the screen anymore)
- close Safari
- go back to Settings > Safari > Advanced and turn Javascript back on.
